I discovered a hidden talent I did not realize I had. I have been doing photography for one year now. Within that year I have filed for a business license for a photography business and have been enjoying capturing pictures for family and friends. I find photography very gratifying. Its such a great feeling to take pictures for people and for them to be so excited with the outcome of my work. Too bad I didnt discover this talent much sooner.
I am working on an A.A.A Degree in Fine Arts specializing in Photography.
I decided I wanted to think of a theme that was "out of the box" with photography and something that would be fun. Finally decided on The Traveling Red Chair. I had the chair with me in my car at all times and would pull it out in different environments with my routine schedule. I shot all the images manually and different times of the day. The most difficult was the indoor basketball gym shoots. But I have found that the lighting in most gyms are always tricky when you are shooting manually and if you do not have a large aperture lens. Below are some of my favorite pictures of the Traveling Red Chair. I tried to use shots that had great depth of field, along with creative ideas. Enjoy.....
